PARKING: Enter the festival from Retreat Rd. Parking is INSIDE the gates.
When leaving, you will exit onto Buddtown Rd.

NOT A PET-FRIENDLY EVENT. Pets are not permitted on the property for the safety and well-being of our rescued animals. This applies to both vendors and event participants. (We're sorry! We love dogs.)

VENDOR INFO

  • Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, sun coverings, etc. Tents and canopies are advised but can be no bigger than 10x10 at the base. Vendors will be set up in a large grassy field located in the center of our property. The field is mostly in direct sun (although there are a few shady spots right next to the baby goat pen.) Spaces will be outlined and numbered. Although your allotted booth is 10x10, the outlined spaces will be marked larger than this, so that you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other.

    Check-in is available from 7AM to 9AM. All vehicles must be unloaded and parked immediately in the designated vendor parking lot. The Muddy Paws Farm staff will help unload vehicles and carry items to your designated booth.

    Again this year, we are offering vendors the option to drop off their setup (tents, tables, chairs) to their booth location on the day before (Friday). Muddy Paws Farm is not responsible for any items you choose to leave, but the property is closed to the public, gated, and contains our two family residences. Please contact Amanda directly if you are interested in this.

    Booths are to remain open and staffed – please, no early departures. Please clean up your area at the end of the day.

  • The event runs until 3:00PM. Please do not begin packing up your booth until 3PM. Cars will not be allowed back onto the property and into the vendor area until after 3PM. To avoid traffic congestion leaving the farm, please breakdown and pack up BEFORE getting your car.

  • Your card will only be charged if your application is accepted. If your application is accepted, we graciously thank you for your donation to Muddy Paws Farm Rescue. All donations made to Muddy Paws Farm Rescue are immediately allocated to help cover our winter hay expenses.

    **Regarding refunds: Once your application is accepted, there will be NO REFUNDS of the vendor donation made to Muddy Paws Farm Rescue for cancellations due to the vendor (i.e., illness, accident, or other reasons).

    If weather does not permit the Spring Festival to take place on the original date (Sat. 5/11/24) or the rain date (Sun. 5/12/24), please review the following options: First, we kindly ask you to consider your registration fee a donation to the animals of Muddy Paws Farm Rescue. If not, you can either be reimbursed 50% of the original registration fee OR you can apply your registration fee to reserve a spot for the 2024 Fall Festival, which is held annually in September.

NON-FOOD VENDORS

  • Vendors in this category assemble objects themselves. Category examples include, but are not limited to: Activities (done or made on the spot, i.e. face painting); Adult or Children’s clothing, apparel, jewelry, accessories, candles/ scents, decor, fine art, housewares, paper products, pet products, personal care items

  • This includes direct sales representatives, manufactured item vendors, sales and service companies. Spaces for this category are limited.

FOOD VENDORS

  • Anyone who prepares food which does not require temperature control. A Cottage Food Operator Permit from the New Jersey Department of Health is required. For more information, including definitions of included food products and permit application, please visit the NJ Dept of Health.   • These vendors prepare food on-site for immediate consumption or sell food that requires temperature control. Approval from the Burlington County Board of Health is mandatory.     Space size: Please briefly describe your setup, including the size of your truck/trailer/cart and total space size you will need. If possible, please submit a picture of your food truck/trailer/cart.
